make an appointment to view your home if they don't like the look of it

real video of your home (not just create a slideshow of
photos) and post
it on YouTube and many other videos sites. I sometimes
add video of your neighborhood as well.

Market House for Sale With Professional Brochures
I will create
high-quality brochures of your home, and put them on the
For Sale sign for prospective buyers to pick up. A lot
of Realtors no longer do this because they want potential Buyers to call them,
but I still find this to be an effective marketing too to get your house sold.
Service 8: Market House for Sale With Reflective Yard Sign
I use reflective "For Sale" signs
to place in the home's front yard
so that people can easily see it even at night time. I
also include additional ways for people driving by to get
information about the home including text info (EvoMLS)
and voice info
(HAR.com). We never want to miss an opportunity to tell
potential Buyers about your home!
In Summary
Over 80 percent of home buyers begin their search for a
new home on the Internet. So the new "curb appeal" of a
home is the collection of photos and videos posted with
the online home listing. If your Realtor isn't able and
willing to post awesome pictures of your home, detailing
all of the home's best features, and create a good video
of the home, then you will not attract buyers to tour
the home. If buyers don't tour the home, then you can't
sell it for a good price. The more people you can
attract to tour the home, the more likely you are to
receive an excellent offer to purchase.
